Some of the Services we can supply but not limited to are:
• Fire Safety Audit of the: Essential Fire Safety Measures installed in Buildings. We use the current fire safety schedule as the benchmark for the audit, which lists the BCA reference and standard of performance. These are used to confirm that testing and maintenance is carried out and the existing measures are installed, and no changes to the building have compromised the buildings fire safety.A written report is supplied, with a list of non-compliances and recommendations for rectification work, to allow for certification of the Essential Fire Safety Measures.
